Do you sell or book the flights?
No. We send fare alerts. You choose whether to book, and pay the airline or travel provider directly. Your flight is a separate purchase and its own fare rules apply.
Can I travel on fixed dates?
You can tell us your preferences, but this works best if you have some flexibility. We cannot promise a deal for particular dates, destinations or group sizes.
How often will I hear from you?
When a suitable fare is available for your selected airports. Frequency varies; some routes have fewer opportunities. We do not send a deal just to fill your inbox.
Are the example fares available to book?
The example fares on this preview illustrate what an alert looks like. They are not live offers, past results or guaranteed prices. A real alert must show when the fare was checked and its booking conditions.
What if it is not for me?
Contact us within 30 days of payment to request a refund of your alert access and any alert add-on bought with it. See our refund policy for the process. This does not cover flights bought elsewhere.
