Information we use

We collect your name, email address, departure airports, destination preferences and travel flexibility. If you purchase an option, we also collect the details it needs, such as a WhatsApp number, group size or Concierge trip request. Stripe processes your payment information; we do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

We use account and purchase details to provide the requested service, handle support, administer payments and prevent misuse. We record your consent choices. Optional promotional emails require the separate choice shown on the form; buying access does not automatically opt you into these emails.

Service providers

Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account records, Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional emails. Our configured fare-alert service receives the details necessary to activate the products you buy. WhatsApp processing applies only when you choose that option. Provider locations and international transfer arrangements must be listed by the operating business before live collection.

Cookies and device storage

We use an essential, signed session cookie to keep your setup and purchases linked for up to 7 days. Your airport preferences may be kept in this tab’s session storage while you complete the funnel. This version does not load advertising pixels, analytics trackers or external fonts. Stripe’s own checkout has its own privacy and cookie information.

Retention

Account information is retained while required to provide your access. Purchase records may need to be kept to meet accounting and legal obligations. Unused access links expire after 20 minutes. Contact us to ask about the retention period that applies to your records or to request deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, and object to direct marketing. You can withdraw optional consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact support@flight-mate.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
